Service Description

The consultation will be a 60 min session that will include a movement assessment and a full body work out. Also included in the consultation a stretch and a therapeutic massage gun at the end of the session. There will be a locker for you to place your belongs with a code that will be provided when you book on VAGARO. Hope to see you soon!

Cancellation Policy

Clients cancel after 24 hrs will be charged 35% of that session. Reschedule a session for the week is acceptable.
